Hello mam Pain might be due to many reasons in this age Decayed tooth Food getting stuck between your teeth Wisdom tooth eruption Accidental fracture of teeth . Please visit a dentist and get it treated as soon as possible .

about taking anything too hot or too cold. avoid hard foods. use warm salt water to rinse your mouth.  brush nicely. don't use clove or clove oil don't keep any other substance inside your mouth to reduce pain

The pain might be due to erupting wisdom tooth,do warm water rinses with salt in it,take painkillers from local pharmacy shop,avoid eating hard food for few days,visit to dentist asap is a must.
