Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have crown placed in one of my right side tooth after RCT done 2 yrs back. When I ate meat recently, I felt meat getting stuck between my crown and neighbouring tooth. Gum between the tooth and crown pains. Now whatever I eat gum pains because of food getting pressed. Will this gap heal automatically if I retrict eating on that problem side?

I am facing some tingling sensation in my lower teeth since the past few days. Any idea why this would be ?

I don't have underbite and overbite problem and my 4 teeth are little tilted towards front. I had taken consultation from 2 doctor . first doc says within 6-7 months braces treatment ,my teeth will become good and teeth extraction is not required Second doc says 2 teeth extraction is mandatory as there is no spaces in my teeth and braces treatment will take 10-12months. I am wearing a tmj splint on my lower row of teeth for tmj disorder problem and I am always thinking that there is something in my mouth. As a result, this is making me always tensed and worried. So how can I divert my mind from this bad thing to a good thing? Please help me.
