I have an off white tongue which burns when I eat food and a single white sore in the back of the mouth and I smoke rarely, can this be an early sign of cancer ?

How much time to remove  leukoplakia and ulcer patch... I take NUTRUM TAB daily last one month... Ulcer problem 50% solved bt white part not remove in mouth.

I am having this braces but I don't understand why they didn't put bracket on my 2nd molar.I am wandering if they didn't pull the whole teeth then there will gap again b/w the 1st and 2nd molar

I am getting a very weird taste and smell when I am eatinng anything. Lately I an getting a proper taste for sweets or something sour like lemon pr tamarind. Hi I am feeling that I have very less saliva in my mouth and coz of that always my mouth is dry and even after drinking a full bottle of water I am feeling very thirsty and my mouth is complete dry. Coz of thirst I am taking excess liquid like water juices and coz of intake of more liquid I have to go again n again for toilet. Pls help me out. Whole night I am not be able to sleep because of thirst and toilet. Let me know to which specialist I have to visit. As I already visited throid specialists, phsycisn. Done with sugar test also. Every reports are normal.
