Tooth and Mouth Problems

I face difficulty in opening my mouth. Everytime I yawn or during chewing my food, there is popping of sound. I have tmj disorder and I am going through my braces treatment and my orthodontist has advised me to do 1 exercise for it. But nothing has worked out. If there are any doctors in delhi(ncr),gurgaon and faridabad who can give me better alternatives or who know if the popping of sound can be cured permanently then please let me know. I had two blood blisters this month. The first one was on the upper lip which was gone automatically, now the second one is in the lower lip. This is something should I worry about? What are the causes for this problem?

My tmj splint is getting loosen over time. Is this normal to become loose atter using for some period of time?

Is it safe to Take Flexon Tablet for pain. As I'm on Hypertension medication, taking Tazloc H 80 mg and Vinicor XL 50 one tablet each daily.

I have both tmj splint on lower row of teeth and braces with elastic band conecting two bracket hooks of two backward molar teeth of both side. What kind of foods i should eat? And can i eat foods with wearing elastic on my teeth and what happens if I swallow any elastic? Is this harmful? My doctor said if you can you can eat with elastic also (for best result)

The problem is from past week I'm observing brown stains on teeth how to remove those stains? Is it safe to use baking soda with water?

My grandmother, 79 years , diabetic and with mild hypertension woke up with excessive swollen gums today and is feeling excruciating pain...She underwent tooth scaling a few days ago for her decayed teeth....She is taking semi liquid diet like Khichdi and mashed vegetables...She had tender gums but since last night they have swollen up...Our dentist told it could be an abcess and he will be available Only after 2 days....So, he  advised Amoxicillin + Clavulanic (AmoxyClav) BD and Combiflam BD... However, even after taking Combiflam at an interval of 7-8 hours, her pain persists and only slightly reduces...She is frail and has age related sensitive bladder and stomach sensitivity... Kindly suggest what is the alternative medicine for Combiflam if pain doesn't subsides and what is the Minimum dosage interval for Combiflam. Kindly advise What should be her course of treatment for next 48 hours so that her pain and gum condition doesn't worsens and remains under reasonable limits...

My mother has cavities on top of that the same gum is swelling and then getting back to normal after having sweets. Then again get swell ..so this is continuously happening. Once she had so much pain that we decided to go to dentist and get the tooth removed but doctor said to get it x-ray , after X Ray doctor suggested that is only pulse don't remove it..so they gave medicine and it healed in sometime..but now she is facing this problem .kindly suggest something.
