Can A Tooth Be Bridged Without Extraction ? Means After Root Canaling Instead Of Crowning,Bridge Can Be Placed?

When I press or massage the area under my jaw and infront of my lower part ear (right side) i feel heavily pain near that area. Even though I am being treated for tmj disorder (splint therapy), is this pain indicating something worse or good? Please help me.

I want to go for orthodontic treatment, and I want to opt for invisible options. The dentist that I consulted told me that I'll have to pay 2-2.5 lakhs for Invisalign.
