Hello doctor, I guess I have been clenching my jaw in sleep lately as I have repeated cheek bites at the same spot which sometimes results in bleeding and tongue has developed redness over foliate papillae which is also from this i assume because it becomes less as the day progresses and more red when I wake up in the morning.,what kind of treatment dp i need or any solution to this ?
