You need to see a psychologist to help you cope with your illness. TMJ disorders need to be diagnosed and evaluated correctly for treatment to be instituted. Best wishes.
Get your TMJ problems treated to get relief from discomfort as much as possible. Practice yoga, meditation etc as stress always worsens the discomfort. Try to get exercise in fresh air everyday and get enough sleep. This will help you overcome these issues
