Jaw and muscles disorder
At first I would clench my teeth intentionally at the day or night most probably due to my misaligned teeth. After some time I felt some pain from my jaw joint. Now after many times of clenching I see my facial shape and my bite have been changed drastically. Also some sounds near my jaw joint, neck -back pain and tight jaw muscles are another symptoms. So what bad things can happen to my jaw joint? Is there any treatment? Please tell me some way to regain my facial shape? Please help me.

Hi,you may be suffering from temporomandibular joint problem and clenching of teeth that's called bruxism.Have a soft diet for few days along with hot fomentation on the cheek in front of the ear.See a dentist and get an occlusal splint or night guard made. Also decrease stress and anxiety level that shall indirectly affect this.

Get a night guard of adequate thickness and wear it regularly. Try to stop clenching habit in the daytime. Get an OPG X-ray done and consult an orthodontist to correct misalignment of teeth
