My son of 5 years is suffering from bleeding while brushing teeth, is it normal or how and he has pink haemangioma in his left cheek.

It's not normal.. because of improper oral hygiene maintenance gingival (gums) inflammation occurs and it leads to bleeding from gums..

Visit your nearby pediatric dentist.. Scaling and polishing might be required..But after that proper maintenance is required by brushing two times daily
