Gum swelling can be due to various reasons... Mostly it is due to poor oral hygiene, but it can be due to any long term medication you might be taking. I see that you have been taking high pressure tablets. It might have caused from its side effect too. Consult your nearby dentist to get a proper diagnosis and if needed a complete oral prophylaxis done. Maintaining a good oral hygiene is very important or symptoms may relapse. Brush twice daily and use mouthwash as recomended by your dentist. Dont panic. You will get well soon.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist asap.
Health Tips
get a blood profile test done.

It's possible you haven't had professional cleaning done in a long time, leading to excessive deposits and gum swelling. After a clinical examination a thorough cleaning may help resolve your problem.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible
