Gum swelling can be due to various reasons... Mostly it is due to poor oral hygiene, but it can be due to any long term medication you might be taking. I see that you have been taking high pressure tablets. It might have caused from its side effect too.
Consult your nearby dentist to get a proper diagnosis and if needed a complete oral prophylaxis done.
Maintaining a good oral hygiene is very important or symptoms may relapse. Brush twice daily and use mouthwash as recomended by your dentist.

Its seemingly gum inflammation..please get yourself clinically examined by a gum specialist / periodontist..mostly deep cleaning of gums will help.
