Tooth and Mouth Problems

2 months back I got removed my wisdom tooth by dentist as it was not properly coming. Now for last 2 days I am having severe pain and pain starts mostly in the evening.please advice

I developed a habit of chewing tobacco and due to that when ever I eat spicy food I feel burning sensation in my mouth it feel very hot please help me.getting rid rid of that

My treatment for tmj disorder started before more than 1 year ago with splint therapy (before) and orthodontic treatment (after). The causes of my problem were excessive teeth clenching and misaligned teeth (overbite). Now I don't feel any jaw pain, jaw clicking or popping or locking etc . But even now my original bite is dismissed, some facial muscles are tight and original symmetry of my face is not restored. My questions to you that.... Can excessive teeth clenching damage my jaw joint so that it can't be treated with splint therapy and orthodontic? Will i be completely cured after this two treatment? Please please please help me with details.

I am suffering from ulcer kind of thing on my lower lip past 3days and it is paining a lot and my lover front tooth guns are a bit swollen too. It started with one and now there are two woulds on my lower lip. Its like a round crate with white colour layer and surrounding is red in colour. When i have researched in internet, the pics were relavent to canker sore.

What are the effects of excessive teeth clenching (due to misaligned teeth) on my jaw joint and muscles?  Can it damage my tmj disk and ligaments? Is it possible to recover the loss that has occurred due to excessive teeth clenching?
