Usually the bleeding happens from the gums around the tooth and not the tooth. Due to tooth decay or gum pocket, there is accumulation of food particles and plaque causing the gums to get inflamed and bleed easily. When pressure builds up in the gum pocket, it pains. But after it bleeds, the pressure is relieved, so you will not have pain. Go to a dentist and get a clinical check up done and a tooth X-ray also.

Hello Looking at the photo it seems the area has palque accumulation. Also the gum in that area is inflamed. You need to visit the dentist and get cleaning done. For time being you can apply rexidine-m-forte gel. You have to massage for 30 sec. And use it for 2-3 times a day.

It has happened because of poor hygiene and wrong brushing, your gum has receded down from its position . First of all change your brush to soft bristles one. Then while brushing the pressure should not be more that you feel your gums are hurting, do it in circular and up and down motion. Then get your full mouth cleaning done .after that do warm salt water rinses. The inflammation will come down.
Next Steps
please visit nearest dentist for cleaning.
