I have gaps between Upper and Lower teeths . I want it to be reduced at max. As it is required for my Job purpose. In that case, I want know about best and cheapest or affordable hospitals or clinics where I can get it done at reasonable price. I stay at Thane so Hospitals or clinics from Mumbai and Thane are preferable.

Yesterday, I consulted a dentist for my toothache,I had pain in one of the tooth on the upper side right side of my mouth, she did a x-ray and found another tooth inside my gum, this extra tooth had impacted roots of another tooth because of which I had pain. She did my RCT to remove nerve of one tooth and asked me to go for a surgery to remove extra tooth. I just wanted to take another opinion before going for surgery. Please advise.

I have tiny stone at the floor of my mouth as i feel something is located under my tounge since 1 year i do not have any pain what is called something like such stone please explain me what should i do now i had a root canal treatment before 10 years ago so is this effect due to this treatment something else ? My crown cap also pull out from the tooth which was treat with root canal.
