Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a guava seed stuck in teeth for the past 2 days. I tried removing with my nail but I think I made the situation worse. How do I remove this? Picture attached.

Is it mandatory for the doctor to suggest antibiotic after this surgery or is it based on situation? I dentist dint suggest any however I got high bp and high fever after that and my family doctor asked me to take antibiotics. I am confused

I have been taking bp medicine for last 10years.As I am a BP patient, should I go for root canal treatment?

I face difficulty in opening my mouth. Everytime I yawn or during chewing my food, there is popping of sound. I have tmj disorder and I am going through my braces treatment and my orthodontist has advised me to do 1 exercise for it. But nothing has worked out. I had two blood blisters this month. The first one was on the upper lip which was gone automatically, now the second one is in the lower lip. This is something should I worry about? What are the causes for this problem?

The problem is from past week I'm observing brown stains on teeth how to remove those stains? Is it safe to use baking soda with water?
