Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi I am ashok age 30. From few days before (2 weeks) I found a gray lession inside my mouth under cheek. Today after eating some spicy food suddenly felt some swelling inside on that area. ( I never consume tobacco). Could you please help me what can be the issue.please refer to the attached image of that particular area.
