My molar(ist) one cusp is splitted off like this as in the image from 3 year i dont chew from thar portion as it is deeply splitted off and a hole socket is seen can this tooth be saved or should need extraction

What will be the cost of implanting front upper 1 teeth and bridge and which is better option also tell me their advantages and disadvantages of this two process

I dont want to undergo extraction in order to move teeth back make my palate narrow is expansion of palate possible to make room for the teeth instead of extracting . pls help
