Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a gap of more than 5mm in my front teeths and also few small gaps in below teeths. Want to know the procedure for wlickidontics. And weather it can be a solution for space closure. Please let me know weather it is available in chennai.

Can someone suggest alternative option other then cast partial denture as the clip irritates him  for my 80 yr old grandfather for upper tooth? My dentist recommends denture due to his age and also he is cardiac patient. The problem is in upper tooth where right side bridge is now old as was done in 2002. So denture is recommended as per his health conditon and age. I want to know any other attachment is possible as this denture irritates him. Gums are strong so full denture is not recommended. Kindly suggest a option which may fit in tooth 24/7. ty

Actually doctor saying 26,46are infected and I should go to bone grafting and even if after doing bone grafting they are not sure whether it will solve the problem.. I..but am nt feeling any pain or something.. so wanted to know which teeth refers to 26,46 and really should I go for bone grafting.. and how much it will cost for it.. My TMJ was broken in an accident . Doctor wire shut my mouth . That taken 45 days . So now my mouth has opened but I can't open my mouth just like normally opened. Doctor said that daily exercise will solve you problem. But after 12 days I can't open my my mouth more than 2 finger. What should I do?

What are symptoms by which i can understand whether my jaw problems (tmj disorder) are curing or going towards bad? Please help me
