Tooth and Mouth Problems

My wife got some scars on her tongue for last 2 - 3 months. When initially when she consulted doctor, she was told to apply TESS ointment and take vit B12 tab. But it didn't cure totally. Then we consulted dentist and dentist told that it may due to friction with sharp edges of teeth and filed the edges. But till date it is not cured fully. Photo attached. Please advise.

My front (upper and lower) 5 teeth are yellow because I never brushed this part of teeth properly when I was young. So, can teeth cleaning and teeth polishing/scaling make the teeth 2 to 3 shades whiter?

Light headedness , pain , feeling pressure on ear and temples . Should I go for surgery to remove my Tooth or should wait for complete emerge itself . OPG REPORT IS ATTACHED ... kindly suggest .. thanks in advance

I am in dilema from this white patches in whole mouth from osmf plz suggest is there any seriousness,with consultation with ent and dentist they confirmed nkthing is serious...

I have discovered white line inside cheek (both sides) 2 months back. I had left chewing tobacco since then however i usually smoke two to three cigarettes in a day. I had consulted two dentists and done scaling and cleaning of teeth and they said it's normal and not to worry. White line still not going away and i am very much worried if it turned out to be cancer or something. It had no such pain but always feels as i have something in mouth. Doctors had given me antioxidants and i am taking it regularly.

I'm having migraine headache for more than 2 years and also I'm having wisdom teeth that will cause pain some times.. Does migraine cause due to this wisdom teeth??

My teeth are pigmented because of heredity, I don't eat or drink anything that can cause that pigmentation. what can I do to whiten it?
