Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is mucocele harmful? Size less than 1 cm . Seems not to be improving. It is in lower lip. Don't want to undergo surgery.

Hi, I get tooth ache randomly on left side. It stays for 15 min to 30 min and goes away. I'm not sure where exactly is the pain. Usually after eating something. I have also seen blood coming out of the last tooth in the lower left. Pain and bleeding don't occur simultaneously. I've observed when I've pain there is no blood and when it's bleeding I usually don't have pain.

The swollen gums started when I by mistake bit my gum while eating. It's been 2 weeks the gums swollen has not come down. Sometimes it reduces and then it increases. The swollen gums is near my jaw near to the last teeth. Could please help me out because I smoke and I am a Lil scared about it. And the swollen gum is kind of black in color, a Liltle greyish.
