I have sensitive teeth and plaque on my teeth
My dentist suggest me to use sensodent toothpaste and mouthwash. please Tell me how to use these products. Is chewing gum help to relief sensitive teeth and which should i eat .

For plaque removal you need to done scaling(teeth cleaning)â¦.
for sensitive teeth first check for any gum recession or enamel erosion....
if it is there get it treated first.....
sensodyne is the desensitizing paste ..apply it on the area of sensitivity and leave it for 5 min and then do gentle tooth brushing with soft bristles tooth brush..â¦..CHEWING GUM wont help to get rid of sensitivity

First and foremost you need a cleaning ( scaling) for plague removal.
Sensodent is a desensitizing toothpaste. U can take small amount and apply all over your teeths using a soft bristled tooth brush.... leave it for five minutes and rinse.
Mouthwash is to be taken in a dilute form. Take about 2 spoons of mouthwash in your mouth. Add some water in the mouth and vigorously rinse. Don't gaurgle after using mouthwash. Mouthwash should not be used half an hour before and after meals.
Chewing is just an option.
Regular brushing twice will help.
