Tooth and Mouth Problems

Facing tooth sensitivity front n few around inside recently could be because I was using bleaching powder to whiten few times

I have a gap between teeth of upper side Whenever i eat something it gets into the gap and paining Iam not having a cavities I just have a gap between teeth What are the treatments i should go through Is it possible for filling

Felling some little pain in upper jaw of left side...Not pain... Just like something uneasy to open my mouth ...

I think I have an overbite problem because my upper row of teeth overlap the lower row of teeth. So for touching my upper row teeth with my lower row of teeth i used to clench or grind my teeth. After doing this for some day i feel my jaw muscles are very tight and my bite is changed heavily. Also my facial shape or symmetry has got worsen and I look very bad in real and in photo with some neck and back problems and I am always feeling loneliness, pain etc. So please tell me what should I do now? What are the bad things that can happen with me for clenching or grinding my teeth? Please help me.

Few months ago i started clenching my teeth (not at night but at day) intentionally for moving my lower jaw forward so that I can touch my lower front teeth with upper front teeth as I had an overbite problem. I have given some pictures of my overbite problem in the below. But after clenching for few months i felt heavily pain from my jaw and then I stopped clenching. But the results of clenching heavily affected me. The shape of my face has been changed probably due to the contraction in muscles in face for teeth clenching. And i feel several jaw joint problems. What are the effects of excessive teeth clenching on my tm joint? How Can this problem be cured?
