Can my friend's jaw becomes normal again by using braces? Or it should be done by orthognatic surgery? Thankyou
Another one question : why the pulp in the upper jaw for the molar is round or circle? Is this an abnormality case?
There is a translucen image in the lateral incisor upper jaw near the root. Is that a cyst?

Hello braces won't be sufficient need surgical approach too .start with braces once teeth aligned they check the profile to take call in surgical. Need clinical examination. We need IO PA in lateral incisor.it is more looking like nasal cavitynot cyst.
Braces will not be sufficient. A gnathic surgery will be required.
However a orthodontist will better be able to analyse and suggest.
The pulp is the molars are absolutely normal. Juz indicates big pulp chambers which is common in young age. It is normal.
The radiolucency looks like a matter of concern.
A clinical checkup is recommended
The decision on whether to do orthognathic surgery depends on clinical examination besides X-rays. These days software generated post surgery images can be seen to evaluate results that can be expected. Talk to your orthodontist about it. The area around lateral incisor can be checked by doing an IOPA X-ray
