Was is a worse condition if I just let it be without taking any actions? Will it harm the TMJ? Should I put on braces or in my case it should be done by ortognatic surgery? Thank you

This is more than TMJ .. if you want to avoid tmj problem and want to correct your malocclusion because of that, it may not be valid. Your face and jaws will be in an equilibrium with the muscles and tissues now. There’s nothing wrong in letting your condition be the same unless there’s a primary issue with tmj.( condylar hyperplasia or such). Tmj problems may worsen with orthodontics or surgery and will take time to adapt to new position, if you have issues already that is. So you will need a good assessment and ask the right questions to your orthodontist and surgeon... and I feel your motivation to seek orthodontic correction or surgical correction may be not the best intention. A proper consultation with clinical examination or individual consult is better, I feel.
