Orthodontics is always an option at any age. Don't wait further and visit your Dentist to commence the treatment. Best times to complete treatment for males is before the age of 21, as it's still your growth phase and we can achieve desired results quicker.

8 is a very early age for fixed orthodontic treatment, as you are in mixed dentition at that age ( both milk teeth & permanent teeth are present). So, basically your treatment was not completed because it was either with removable appliance or something else. You can definitely go for the fixed orthodontic treatment ( braces) now.
Next Steps
Visit an orthodontist near you
Health Tips
Do not quit the treatment in between.

Yes you can do the treatment again provided you complete it this time and use retainers as well. It will be treated as a fresh case. You will have pay as per the present condition of teeth. Cost depends on type of braces, clinic and doctor's expert skills.

Actual age for clip treatment starts at 12 years. Now you can undergo orthodontic treatment with no second thought. But you shouldn't quit the treatment in the middle. Better consult orthodontist for proper treatment.
Next Steps
use retainers after completion of treatment
