Tooth and Mouth Problems

He has been suffering from mouth ulcers continuously for past two months. One ulcer goes and then another appears. They are painful and look red and pus-filled Open sores. I want to know which kind of doctor specialises in such treatment .

I am being treated for tmj disorder. I have also some problems in my neck and back because I listen some crunching type sounds when I try to expand my chest or strech my neck and back. My dentist told me that I should not go for physiotherapy or something like this when I am going through their treatment (splint and ortho treatment). But i can do yoga or some safe exercise for my neck and back. Can you please suggest  some safe exercise for me to do at home?

Got a deep tooth-bite in the inner part of the lower lips. It bleeded for a few seconds. Got a mild burning sensation now and it is a bit swollen. What do i do now
