**stains(tea,coffee,smoking,pan)
No tooth paste will help to remove these deposits and stains..
you need to get your teeth cleaned(scaling and polishing) by dentist...
For tooth cavities,get (iopa) x-ray done to find the extent of the cavitation.....and get the cavities also treated by dentists

Then u can maintain your oral hygiene with right brushing technique, that is following horizontal brushing in slight round motion for posterior (back teeth) both sides and front teeth.
The back side of upper and lower front teeth needs vertical brushing.
