Tooth and Mouth Problems

My brother is suffering from jaw disorder with neck and back problems (discomfort with noising sounds and little pain in upper back, shoulder and neck). Please suggest a daily routine (activity) for him i.e. from morning to before sleeping what activities he should perform  for curing his tmdas soon as possible ? Please help.

16 Years Ago My Frontal Upper 1st Tooth Was Hit By Bed&Broke 1/2 Inch,Later On A Dentist Shaped By Cutting To Look Even.Then 4 Years Ago The Injured Portion Became Black.Today The Small Portion Of It Chipped What Has To Be Done?I Mean Solution?

Actually doctor saying 26,46are infected and I should go to bone grafting and even if after doing bone grafting they are not sure whether it will solve the problem.. I..but am nt feeling any pain or something.. so wanted to know which teeth refers to 26,46 and really should I go for bone grafting.. and how much it will cost for it.. My TMJ was broken in an accident . Doctor wire shut my mouth . That taken 45 days . So now my mouth has opened but I can't open my mouth just like normally opened. Doctor said that daily exercise will solve you problem. But after 12 days I can't open my my mouth more than 2 finger. What should I do?

My 2nd molar needs RCT but my dentist is telling to go for Physician checkup or in dental college for treatment. According to him LA cause high BP and in my case due to my young age, he doesn't want to take risk. My BP after taking daily 1 Amlokind At is 140/80 I have consulted both Cardiologist and Nephrologist for BP they both are saying wait and watch because it is mild renal artery stenosis and medication is only the solution in my case. What should I do in this case? I am frustrated what to do because sometimes my teeth ache very badly.
