Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been having bad breath couple of year please solution to remove bad breath i have 2 time brush everyday.

I have a bad breath problem and my gums are also swollen some times when brushing blood will ooze from gums

I have reoccurring mouth ulcers spreading to tongue and white tongue. Medications? Help? Also, i am not feeling any bowels with excessive bloating and sometimes sudden pain in the anus region. I have declined heath and cold and cough with shallowing problem for 3 days. Am i ok? Please let me know if it is a chronic disease. Suggest medications.

I had clicking sounds. My doctor told me that my tmj muscle has come out of its place. But he told me that I don't have any malocclusion. So he put elastics in my teeth without braces and he said this will restrict the wide opening of mouth and thus will give time to the tmj muscle for healing which can help me improve. I have never seen elastics without braces and hence I am confused. Is this correct?

I have a red spot on my top lip where my cold sore was, is it still contagious? I've had a cold sore recently that lasted 12 days. It scabbed already and the scab fell off but there's still a red spot where it was. I'm still applying Acyclovir in hopes of making it disappear. Please help get rid of it because I have an important meeting in two days.

Now my tmj disorder treatment is going on. After more than 1 year of treatment for my tmj disorder with splint therapy and orthodontic treatment now I don't feel any pain, jaw clicking or locking etc. I just feel  my jaw muscles are in spasm (they are tight), my facial shape is not normal (like before this problem),different types of sound from my neck and back and sometimes from jaw muscles while massaging them and i also feel by touching both the jaw joint that they are not symmetrical and balanced. Will i be cured totally from this problem? Is this harmful to massage my jaw muscles while wearing tmj splint for 24/7 ? Can you  suggest something that can speed up this recovery process? Please help me.

What shud I do if monolithic cap came of on Day 1 of fixing and then day 2 of refix. Is it the cap or doctor or me who is more likely to be the reason. What shud be my next steps, besides re fixing by doc for ensuring longevity

Can orthodontics treatment be done on 25 years old male? Also I have a RCT in one of my teeth, will it be any problem?
