Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have horizontal wisdom tooth in my bottom jaw, which is not seen from outside but i had x ray of that area of my mouth and i came to know that there is horizontal wisdom tooth, dentist said me for extraction surgery. But i had a query that whome i need to consult, means which surgeon needed for that? And how much it'll cost me? And is this surgery tricky? How many days pain remain after surgery? Wonds can't heel quickly in my case.

I am suffering from deep bite and my orthodontist recommended 4 extraction But when i searched about the side effects of tooth extraction and effects on facial profile it made sense as the palate should be wide and broad as the tongue rest in it but extracting teeth to make space to move the upper teeth back further narrows the palate and leads to numerous problems later like sleep apnea etc, i want an alternative to tooth extraction and widen my palate
