After eating, food is getting struck in the molars .this did not happen before. I changed my brush. I rinse my mouth after every meal. I brush once a day. Is this because of any new teeth eruption or some thing else? Should I change to twice daily brushing? If so how many minutes before sleep I need to brush? Please advice me.

it is because of increased gap between the teeth .
clinical examination and xray diagnosis is required to know the cause.
brushing wont help to much extent
you can do flossing and self evaluate your teeth for any cavity or gaps
treatment can be done
Rinsing your mouth after every meal helps but only to an extent. Get a check up done at your dentist and make sure there are no cavities or any erupting third molars. Keep a check kn you diet to see whether u drink a lot lf coffee/ tea or any other spices. Check for any acidity. That can lead to bad breath since the stomach acids are pushed back into the food pipe. In the end get a consultation witht the dentist to rule out the possibility
There could be several causes for this.
Mostly I suspect a errupting third molar wherein the food is going and getting struck.
It also could be due to a cavity in the tooth.
Interdental food wedging or also a pocket.
Firstly u need a dental visit for a checkup.
Post the treatment follow the basic hygiene - brush twice. In the nights brush about 20-30 minutes before sleep. Gaurgle when ever you eat food.
may be you are having cavities in your molars. get it checked by dentist . brush twice daily .once in the morning and before sleep any time, after dinner .
.
Hello sir....
Food lodgement in molar region may be due to cavitation in the molar tooth region or eruption of 3rd molar which also cause food lodgement(pericoronitis)....
Clinical examination is necessary to identify the cause...
If it is due to cavitation then it requires filling of the involved tooth...
If it is due to 3 rd molar eruption then it requires extraction of that tooth
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further consultation and management
Brush twice... Get ur teeth cleaned... There are many reasons for bad breath or as we call halitosis. Even after cleaning if you have bad breath, then a full body check up is reqd... Then the correct treatment can be done .
