Ist get your opg(Full mouth xray done) then visit a periodontist see superficial scaling is not sufficient in case you have periodontitis you may have to go for a flap surgery yet this is a general diagnosis for accurate diagnosis visit a periodontist he then conclude whether your bad smell issue is due to some problem in oral cavity or you may have to visit some other specialist
