Hello sir... It looks like MUCOCELE which is due to rupture of minor salivary gland duct...its recurrence is more common and it is not painful.... CAUSES OF MUCOCELE is due to lip biting habit visit dentist and get it excised... To prevent recurrence you need to undergo excision of sailvary gland duct...

It looks like mucocele ie.minor salivary gland disorder that occurs due to mucus accumulation. This has to be exicised.visit the doctor asap.

Looks like a mucocele or a traumatic fibroma. If you have a history of lip bite recently....it is due to that. Avoid hot and spicy food.
Next Steps
visit a dentist ( prefer a MDS in oral medicine) asap A biopsy might be required to rule out other diagnosis like pyogenic granuloma, hemangioma etc.
