Permanent tooth doesn't appear.
My baby's tooth is fallen down but it's more than 6 month crossed permanent tooth doesn't appear on that place. Is there any problem??

Her permanent tooth in this photo is about to appear. Wait for another few months. If its not erupting within 6 months then you can visit a dentist and take xray to visualise the permanent tooth buds. Nothing to worry. Eruption pattern vary from individuals to individuals

Wats d age of ur baby ?? At times there is a delay in eruption of teeth . Not to worry .but if ur keen visit a nearby dentist and get an x ray done for d same tooth
