Tooth and Mouth Problems

From past ,2-3 months I am having cavity in one tooth now one another tooth shows same symptoms what should I do I don't drink smoke

Was is a worse condition if I just let it be without taking any actions? Will it harm the TMJ? Should I put on  braces or in my case it should be done by ortognatic surgery? Thank you

I have recurring apthous ulcer problem and constipation due to  stress and ib.s and adhd a d lack of proper sleep problem . I have to take any multivitamin three times a day like nurobion forte with vitamin c since last one one day after recovering of bells palsy  which was relief by nurobion forte TABLET. I have shown so many doctor  like gastro and psychiatrist and done many test only folic acid deficiency and I have taken becosules,becosules z but no relief  only nurobion fort with vitamin c three times a day and night lactic fiber and in morning pan 40. But endoscopy result no gas. My hair becoming gray only nicotic and folic acid difference in becosule and nurobion forte Which multivitamin should I take best and for how much time.

I have ulcer in mouth after recovering from bells palsy before 1 year by nurobion forte two times and prednisolone 10mg two times since then I have constipation and gas problem Show many doctor like gastro, psychiatrist but no solve only multivitamin solve 50% nurobion forte only three times a day with lactic fiber at night and morning pan 40. But endoscopy show no gas symptoms. But becosule and becosule z no relief due to niacin vitamin add. But in nurobion nicotinamide . so should I take three times becadexamin or supradyn. I think this is because of steroid like Prednisone. So suggest above which multivotamin can I take three time or two time.

Painful when consuming cold liquids. Left side teeth are too painful around 2-3AM. From last 4 nights.

My both upper big teeths of both sides two on each side have been removed. I have advised partial fixed denture for it. Can I resort to implant teeth there instead? Pl advise and at what cost?
