Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have jaw pain , ear pain and shoulder pain can you tel me what is reason for this problem and what I should to get rid off the pain.

When i was chewing food.. I was cut inside my cheek 2 times... Its paining some days.. Then white patch type seen.. And its paining when it contact with teeth..

Plssss tell me the risk for nerve damage during extraction.. My mouth is not opening wide.. And little pain. Near ear and strep throat also from last 2 month .

I have slight swelling lump kind of thing in my lower left jaw.according to the obg is the nerve very close to the tooth and has to be taken out by a very good doctor or something.

N best test to avoid parathesia. My mouth is no opening wide n pain on left side. N same side throat irritation while snezzing .. Diffult in talking

My daughters front teeth are not aligned properly with lower set of teeth. Little gap is there. What can be done in this case, as she is 9 yr old only. Attached is the picture

Is it safe to remove my upper right wisdom teeth as it is broken due to cavity. I was planning to go for a RCT but the doctor suggested that removal of wisdom teeth is a better option as their is no guarantee in RCT to get the problem cured. But the people I know are constantly advising to prefer RCT. What should I do? Is their any major affects of wisdom tooth extraction. I have attached the image and X-ray of my right wisdom teeth. Kindly help
