Hello, Please visit a dentist as soon as possible. Taking medication is not the solution. Also, dentogel will not work for this condition.
Next Steps
Mostly you would require a Root Canal Treatment followed by cap. A definite treatment plan can be made only after seeing the tooth clinically and taking an X-ray.

Hello mam...    Tooth ache may be due to cavitation of the tooth that spread periapically and causes swelling of gums...... Dentogel will not provide relief for this.... X_RAY(IOPA) of the involved tooth should be done to rule out the cause... Clinical examination is necessary to do treatment plan.... Medication is only temporary relief... You can take Tab. Flexon 1_1_1x 3 days..                         Tab. Rantac 1-1-1x 3days..                         Tab. Flagyl 400 1_1_1 x 3 days                         Cap. Novaclax LB 500 1_0_1x 3 days.....
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further consultation and management

Well it's not advisable to take any medicine without proper medical examination. Take any pain killer to which you are not allergic. Visit a dentist to ascertain the cause of your pain and swelling. Dologel gives local relief. Will not help if the source of pain is situated inside the tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist asap. The pain may worsen at night when you try to sleep.
