Gum swelling with no pain
I am having a little of swelling gum near the end of lower molar tooth. It is having no pain. I think its at the end of wisdom tooth. What is that??

Hello sir... your history seems you have impacted 3 rd molar which causes gum inflammation....Get opg done....if there is wisdom teeth then you need to do surgical extraction followed by analgesics and antibiotics

This seems like pericorinitis...infection around wisdom tooth..meet your dentist..meanwhile warm saline rinsed will help...apply to local dologel
