Sugars are higher ...But depending on mobility and clinical condition dentist will decide .. Right now PP is higher ...Get it reduced ...
If emergency show to dental clinic and let them take a call ..pre extraction antibiotics recommended

It is always mandatory for the sugar levels to be under control before extraction.
No u cannot go straight away. Inform your dentist about the diabetes and medications.
Get your sugar levels in control by medicines ( physician consultation) and daily exercises.
You might not understand the complications but it is not recommended.
Healing will take way too long and might invite many other complications
