Tooth and Mouth Problems

It has been bleeding since 1month also visited to the doctor. He gave pastes and listerine to use but nothing change. Please help

I am being treated for jaw disorder (tmj) with splint (I wear it for 24 /7) and then orthodontic treatment (i think i have overbite problem). As a symptoms my facial or jaw muscles are contracted or in spasm with neck and back problems. What should be the intensity of pressure by my upper and lower row of teeth on my tmj splint? Please give me some helpful tips according to my situation. Thank you.
