Implant treatment is safe and most conservative treatment for tooth replacement .All other methods compromise your adjacent teeth and tissues in some way or the other. ( very less or more).
Next Steps
pls take proper dental counselling from dentist before deciding and moving in with treatment.

dont panic plz ...dental implant is a most advanced and most biocompatible tooth replacement procedure ..its completely safe and non hazardous ...even treatment is under local anasthesia so it will not be painful ..just slight discomfort might b der for next 2 days but compare to post tooth removal ..its very minimal
if then also feel fear dont warry we have other treatment like dental bridge and removable partial denture as well ..you can opt for one of this ...
Hello sir
Implant , though it sounds scary but not all scary .It's infact a simple process ..Only thing it requires some time span ...easy process and less time span appointment...
With implant u only replace that tooth without disturbing the next two teeth . Another option is bridge ....In bridge u take support of adjacent two teeth ...It is nothing bad about this style of treatment too ...Age old trusted. But if u can afford implant go for it ....
Next Steps
Go to a good dentist and discuss the advantages of implant ... If still in doubt then go for bridge ....
Health Tips
No need to be scared by implant process. It is easy and long term . Thanks .Good luck
