Tooth and Mouth Problems

I recently had a pimple outside my mouth on my upper lip. As of today morning my lip has become swollen and pains when touched. After the whole day swelling has still not reduced. Would like to get it checked. What doctor should I see? Should I visit a physician or a dentist?

I don't have underbite and overbite problem and my 4 teeth are little tilted towards front. I had taken consultation from 2 doctor . first doc says within 6-7 months braces treatment ,my teeth will become good and teeth extraction is not required Second doc says 2 teeth extraction is mandatory as there is no spaces in my teeth and braces treatment will take 10-12months. I am confused which consultation is better and attaching pictures of teeth. Please suggest me what is the right Sol. for my problem

I am wearing a tmj splint on my lower row of teeth for tmj disorder problem and I am always thinking that there is something in my mouth. As a result, this is making me always tensed and worried. So how can I divert my mind from this bad thing to a good thing? Please help me.

I have a sore in my mouth that has been there for sometime now and came to my notice just today. It doesn't hurt and I can only feel it when I move my tongue around it. I do smoke, but I've never been a heavy smoker. Only 2 or 3 cigarettes a day. And I don't chew tobacco. Should I be worried? The sore doesn't hurt. It doesn't bleed. It's just..there.
