Hi Dr I visited 2 ortho's I have one missing teeth and also my teeth are out. one told me that movement will be done by braces no implant. second one told me implant should be done  with braces. I'm really confused what's the matter here

I am excessively clenching my teeth for few months. After clenching for few months i have observed that my facial shape is changed very badly and my bite is dismissed. Now I feel difficulty during chewing and some other jaw problems. Is there any horrible thing that can happen to me due to excessive teeth clenching? Hi,haveing sub mucous fibrosis from last three years,can't resist hot and spicy foods.Already consult with ENT and dental they assured nothing is serious.Now stop chewing guthka from last four months.Also have the white patches in the mouth.Plz suggest when shall i get rid of this dises permanantly?I am in dilema.
