Sulphur smell is associated with a few systemic disorders. You are advised to get a health checkup done. If you are sure about not having any underlying disease then go for scaling and maintain it by brushing twice and rinsing mouth after every meal.

Halitosis is seen commonly nowadays....it could be a problem whose solution could be simple or complex.... By simple I mean, if there is no underlying infection in the periodontium, then just cleaning/scaling will help... but if there is periodontitis then the treatment becomes little complex.... Also people who have diabetes complain of the same problem and the answer is same.... Once the proper scaling and polishing has been done, then periodic maintenance will help. A full mouth x-ray (opg) will help
