If you want to save this teeth a root canal treatment with post and core can be attempted seeing all other factors into consideration after a thorough clinical examination. If you want to get it extracted it has to be replaced as it plays a major role in chewing. The root canal treated tooth in upper right side first molar shows slight infection. If there is no complaint with that like pain etc it can be left. Other than that the third molar on lower right is not completely errupted.
