I have undergone root canal way back in 2014 and after some years the cap got removed.. Now it's severely paining and there is severe swelling all over the face till one side of the neck.. Please help

hello sir..
The swelling and pain may be due to reinfection of the root canal treated tooth..
Get IOPA(X-ray) of the involved tooth done....
If it is there any infection then Re-RCT should be done followed by capping
Next Steps

as per your quote ..cap has dislodge so their might be reinfection of treated tooth so kindly visit dentist he will advise x ray upon that ...retreatment can be planed ...and may be successfully treated ...
