I'm the past 1 month my top right canine tooth has turned red from the top as if the enamel has been eroded. It doesn't look like decay and does not hurt but looks reddish... I can attach a photo.

hello sir....
Due to wearing away of enamel it may expose underlying dentine or pulp....
Get X-RAY(IOPA) of the involve tooth done to rule out cause and according to that treatment options should be made...
If you have exposed pulp you need to undergo root canal treatment followed by capping..
