Good afternoon By the image you provided, the wisdom tooth area is infected and inflamed extensively , this condition is called pericoronitis. Food and bacteria gets trapped in the flap further inflaming it. If left untreated, the infection spreads in the surrounding area and create complications. Pericoronitis does not heal on its own, you can use a mouthwash to keep that area clean for temporary maintenance but do visit a good dentist for immediate intervention. Team shambhala.

As per the image, the gums have impinged on the tooth as it is not fully erupted. The bleeding can be due to food particles that get stuck under the overlying gums.
Next Steps
kindly visit a nearby dentist who will clinically examine the tooth and suggest the best treatment. in the meantime use an oral rinsing solution which will help with bleeding to some extent.

Your wisdom are still erupting. Red spot is inflammed gums. Just maintain good oral hygiene specifically in that area. Visit dentist whenever there is pain or any discomfort.
