Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am now being treated for tmj disorder. So as a treatment my doctor gave me a tmj splint to wear nearly for 1 year. After 1 year the splint have been cut for making a smaller one which can cover only lower 4 front teeth and also braces is given on both row of teeth. And now i feel my splint is becoming very loose day by day. How can I get to understand that whether my tmj splint is improving my bite or not?

I have a tiny small stone at the end of my right jaw at floor of my mouth what is called such stone i dont have any pain or other problem due to this its been long since 1 year what should i do now ?

From past 2 days I have soreness roughness and mouth ulcers and tongue has got rough like all food is getting spicy and no taste is working on me. Fatigueness has also started. I feel like this all started after I ate salty chips with oranges thereafter and some ice cream also. Heart palpitations and fatigue, confusion also there. Can oranges with salty chips cause all this problem. What is the solution

I have problem in lower inside leap thus bump with irregular sizes and  flat and tinny pimples when touch to hand with two finger Bumps be sleap l have no pain and in eating no problem. I suffer from this more than 6 month But due to bumps inside leap feel uncomfortable . When l stress the leap bumps shown In white or grey.
