First we have to figure out wether the stains are internal or external. Treatment options may vary depending on this point. Considering home treatment , a good whitening toothpaste may be helpful.
Well being a professional, I would only recommend you dental treatment procedures. For stains, if they are extrinsic/external, would be easily removed by scaling and polishing.
For decreasing your teeth yellowishness, we have whitening treatments, which can be in office ie. In a dental clinic or at home, using a home whitening treatment kit. Even for home whitening you have to consult your dentist for preparation of moulds which can be used for the treatment.
Hi
Yellow deposits and stains are excessive tartar formation which needs general cleaning and polishing. This is mandatory for yearly once . Once in 15 days use tooth powder to brush.Boil some clove and baking soda and gargle once in 15 days .Use mouth rinse daily at night times.
First of all we need to know reason for getting stained which may impacted dental procedures. In case of external stain, scalling & polishing would be helpful & may be followed by bleaching for better whitening of teeth. For Internal stain, bleaching is the must.
