Tooth and Mouth Problems

Pain in cavity, can you please tell some remedy. It's paining alot as the old filling is removed. please help me out

A part of my lower molar teeth got broken due to food particles was getting stuck. I went to dentist and they took an xray (attached). Please let me know whether RCT would be required or normal cementing will do. I want to avoid RCT as it is somewhat painful, requires multiple sitting and is costly as well.

I am advised for one upper tooth extraction (no 7) but I am worried as the next tooth no 6 is an RCT crowned tooth. Will extracting the tooth no 7 impact and break the crowned tooth no 6?

My friends was riding a bike wearing a helmet..and i was in a pillion seat.at signal he suddenly used his brake.after my face bang to his helmet..since that time..i feel a serious discomfort in my upper face, and in my maxilla.pain, and speeching problem..like (tongue splits),smile and laugh discomfort...over all..feels like the facial nervous is not in my control...plz help me out from this...
