Tooth and Mouth Problems

Chronic condition to much bleeding in my gum and plaque in teeth morning time teeth pe blood jama hota hai

From today I am having mouth sores, tongue burning, lips dried, no taste in mouth after brushing in morning. I have a doubt is it because of some soap gone into my mouth or I am using himalaya kapikachu tablets from a week, is it sideeffects of this or what's the solution for the problem. Am not able to take food into my mouth. Is it due to overeating of oranges does it happen.

I went to my regular dentist since I got the feeling that my teeth are shaking. I have the feeling that there was some problem. So initially doc took x Ray where he said there are many tooth extraction so spaces are in between teeth hence I have the feeling. Thrreafter he suggested scaling so I went for it. Then I was given dental oil n salt to be rubbed on gums since he said there is slight gum recession. But till now everytime I have the feeling of this clenching
