Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had wisdom tooth removed and my wounds are nit healing,I gargled with alum water as well.can I use a medicine to dry my wounds

Due to teeth grinding during sleep, sharpness of teeth has been lost.. what is the way forward.. I am using silicon teeth guard during sleep... Please suggest way forward

I got my rct done around 1.5yr back. I felt pretty normal and no issue after that. But since last several months, sometimes I feel the same tooth become sensible while I drink cold/hot water. Specially during rainy or winter season I usually get more trouble. Taking painkiller in case if trouble persists for 4-5 days works. But what is wrong? Is there any solution? Thanks.

I have sore tongue and mouth. It pains a lot when. I touch certain parts of the tongue. Also burning sensation while drinking fluids or eating food, and even mildly spicy food is impossible to eat.

Hi sir/madam, I consulted dentist after getting pain in the teeth and some pain near ear for many days when hot beverages and foods are taken. As shown in the scan, last tooth in the scan has deep canal amd the dentist clearly explained me it's touching the nerve and thus aggravating the pain. He suggested RCT and putting a cap. Please check the scan and suggest if it's indeed the only way.
